Water: Air plants take the water and nutrients they need from the air around them. You can mist them regularly, or keep in an environment with high humidity, like a bathroom. Soaking for a couple hours every few weeks is another method, although you must ensure they can dry out completely. 

Light: bright, indirect.

Description: A unique and very low maintenance plant, great for beginners. Tillandsias are tropical plants that usually live for several years and will bloom and produce flowers only one time during their lifetime.
