Colour is funny. Zocalo has done its best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the Zocalo.ca website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

The legal stuff also applies. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Zocalo harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including lawyer’s fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.

 

Currency

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Zocalo only accepts transactions in this currency. We are Canucks, after all.

We want to make sure you get what you want. Unopened items in original packaging returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund in the original method of tender or will receive an exchange. Items that are covered in spaghetti, opened, damaged, and/or not in resaleable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Valid photo ID may be required to confirm the original transaction and return. Flowers and discounted items are final sale. That said, we want you to look great! If a floral order is not to the quality you’ve come to expect from Zocalo, please contact us directly to ensure that we can remedy the situation in the best manner possible.
