CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBER

Zocalo’s high-energy team needs an experienced customer service person or plant aficionado who is keen to do everything from helping customers, cashier duties, merchandising, cleaning, taking care of indoor and outdoor plants, and overall care of the retail space. Truly a highly varied position in a fun, busy, urban environment. Zocalo is a growing plant and flower gallery nestled in Edmonton’s Little Italy.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service, develop and foster relationships with customers
• Cashier
• Merchandising
• Overall maintenance and cleanliness of the retail space

Experience is preferred, but training is provided. A full or part-time position. No evenings, but must be able to work weekends. Salary, bonuses and benefits commensurate with experience.
